Prior to co-founding twoXAR, Andrew held Chief Technology Officer roles at several early stage companies where he managed teams as large as a hundred technologists distributed around the world. Andrew developed the company's proprietary algorithm and as Chief Executive Officer is focused on overall company strategy, product development and fundraising. Andrew studied biomedical informatics in Stanford University's SCPD graduate program and holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Andrew M. Radin formerly worked as an investor in venture and private equity funds at Macquarie Bank and has designed, built, and managed several small organizations. Andrew co-founded a mobile platform startup while at MIT. As Chief Marketing Officer of twoXAR, Andrew is focused on understanding the market, identifying partners, and communicating the business. Andrew holds a Master in Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan, a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and cell biology from UCSD, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from UCSD.
Brian was formerly a VP at Hewlett-Packard leading the HR group responsible for M&A and outsourcing. He also was VP of M&A at Sun Microsystems where he led over 17 transactions. He also has experience as CFO of ChartONE, a healthcare service company. Brian holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Northwestern and a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and economics from UC Davis.
Jill has nearly 20 years of life science business development expertise with a deal sheet totaling over $3 Billion. Previously VP, Business Development at Depomed, she closed 20+ transactions and acquired 4 commercial franchises. Prior, she held business roles at Baxter, Cell Genesys (acquired by Biosante), and 3M Pharmaceutical Division (now Valeant). Jill holds a Bacheler of Science degree with honors in chemistry from Bradley University, both a PhD and Master of Science in chemistry from Northwestern University, and a Master in Business Administration degree from DePaul University.
